About the event

This month we will discuss the bestseller "Lies My Doctor Told Me: Medical Myths That Can Harm Your Health" by Dr. Ken D. Berry, MD.

Join us and learn the truth behind all kinds of "lies" told by well-meaning but misinformed medical practitioners. Nutritional therapy is often overlooked in medical school, and the information provided to physicians is often outdated. However, the negative consequences on your health remain the same. Advice to avoid healthy fats and stay out of the sun, for example, has been proven to be detrimental to longevity and wreak havoc on your system. During our 45-minute meeting, we'll sip clean wine while we learn about nutrition and life choices, their role in our health, and how to begin an educated conversation with our doctor about finding the right path for you.

Dr. T, a nutritionist, as well as, a strength & conditioning coach will be onsite for questions. Bring your questions/concerns and if we don’t have an answer for you, we’ll help you find who does!
