Dr. Tina Bennett-Burton, DC

Owner & Head Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Tina Bennett-Burton, DC graduated from Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas in 2006. In 2007 she went into private practice opening, Park Central Chiropractic, providing care for a diverse wellness demographic. Dr. Tina has raised two children, a son and daughter. Dr. Bennett's daughter was diagnosed after years of competitive dance teams with perimyocarditis secondary to an auto-inflammatory genetic disorder that went undiagnosed until the fall of 2015. At which time Dr. Bennett sold Park Central Chiropractic to take time with her daughter. Only after her daughter was healthy and started college did she return to practice opening Dallas Chiropractic Metrics.

Dr. Tina enjoys working with patients of all ages from newborn to the elderly, helping them live better. Her faith comes first and her family is a product of that. She enjoys helping people eat, move and think well through the chiropractic lifestyle. She treats her patients like family, only wanting the best for them and if that isn't her she will advocate for her patients to find who, what, where is. Her passion for Platinum Level Patient Care was derived from her years of advocating for her own family, as well as, others.

Dr. Carrie Carda, MD

Medical Director

Dedicating the last ten years to updating her practices to embrace a more holistic and natural approach with a focus on self care, Dr. Carda doesn't just treat "symptoms." Patients come to her for her expertise in women's health and advanced diagnostic testing to determine the root cause of their health problems. In the process, she takes the time to teach each patient about their health and develop a custom care plan for them.

Dr. Carda is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology with a specialization in bio-identical hormone therapy. She earned a master's degree in metabolic medicine and nutrition from the University of South Florida School of Medicine. She recently completed a second master's degree in Integrative and Functional Medicine at George Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Carda's patients benefit from her expertise in nutritional supplements and her training in metabolic medicine. She proudly serves as the Medical Director of A Honeycomb of Health and Ozark Weight Loss Center. Dr. Carda oversees all IV Therapy services and Injection services at A Honeycomb of Health.

Emily Fowler, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Emily graduated in 2011 with her Massage Therapy degree. She has treated clients with varying massage therapy needs for over 10 years. She became interested in massage therapy while on her high school dance team and needed help recovering when she sustained an injury as a result of a car accident.  After visiting a chiropractor for the first time, the regular visits and treatments resulted in a quick recovery allowing her to continue dancing which later influenced her decision to pursue the profession.

 

She enjoys time with her husband, two daughters, newborn son, and dog Pumpkin. She loves anything Halloween, Six Flags, museums and adventure outings. She can watch Harry Potter on repeat and collects crystals.  Emily was born and raised in Texas, but enjoys calling the Hogs whenever she gets the chance.

Emily enjoys working with patients using various massage therapy treatments. Her favorite modalities include deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sciatica relief, and medical massage along with essential oil therapy. She works closely with the doctors to treat patients based on their needs related to injuries, chronic illness or maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Emily Keasling, EMT

Infusion Therapist

Emily graduated from Brookhaven as an EMT in 2018. After 2 years working on an ambulance performing Emergency Medical Care, she then transitioned into a clinic role, gaining experience in an urgent care environment an eventually finding her place in Medical City Dallas’ prestigious ER program. After almost 5 years of Emergency Medical Care, Emily was looking for a change of pace from her normal chaotic duties, and that is where she found her passion for Wellness.

 

Emily currently runs the IV Therapy and Weight-loss programs here at A Honeycomb of Health. Whether it’s a quick drip to help with fatigue and fluids, or you’re just starting out on your weight-loss journey, Emily is your gal! With your health and wellbeing as her highest priority, you won’t find a better team than The Honeycomb Family! Emily is always on the go, learning new skills and working hard to finish through medical school to further her career here at A Honeycomb of Health. The medical field has always been her dream career and getting to work with all of her amazing patients everyday is by far the most satisfying feeling in the whole world! She can’t imagine a more rewarding profession.

 

Outside of work, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, snuggling with her fur babies, and binge watching Grey’s Anatomy or whatever newest True Crime documentary Netflix has to offer.

Kat Williams, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Kat always had a passion for caring for others, whether it be by being a listening ear or in the form of a hug. She started in the field by working as a receptionist in a local spa. There, she realized how to convey her passion to love with the world.


She graduated with her massage therapy license in 2017 from Texas Center for Massage Therapy in Richardson, TX and is now a trusted team member here at A Honeycomb of Health.

Outside of work, Kat likes to make herbal teas, hike and eat lots of food!
